About Us

" In today's property market, it is increasingly important to be able to rely upon the skill and integrity of your professional property advisors. You should feel confident that they have the knowledge, strength and ability to fulfill your requirements. "

Goodsir Graham was formed in 2003 by Paul Goodsir and Robert Graham, with a combined experience of over 30 years in the property industry.

Today we have grown to encompass a multi-disciplined practice, from agency and professional, to management, our aim is to create a “one-stop” property practice, endeavoring to excel in giving quality on all aspects of services provided.

With an extensive network of property related professionals, Goodsir Graham have established a strong working relationship with a select number of associated companies, including architects, office and retail fit-out companies and lawyers, who can all offer assistance in property support.

Meet The Team:

Paul Goodsir

Paul Goodsir graduated in Estate management from Heriot Watt Edinburgh in 1992 and after a few years travelling the world returned to England to join Bromley Valuation Office for a short spell, then Currell & Co in Islington, London and Ian Lerner & Co in Farringdon dealing with all aspects of commercial agency but gaining in value experience in the development and investment markets. Paul has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2001, and has actively encouraged other members of his team to join the Institute and complete their APC.

Paul and Robert Graham set up Goodsir Graham in 2003 to develop an independent property agency practice predominately concentrating on transactions within the Greater London market but have been increasingly disposing and acquiring property in many other areas of the UK, as well as growing the active and busy property management side of the practice. The practice has grown organically over the years and in 2009 we purchased our loft styled offices where the practice now is based just off Old Street, EC1. Paul generally deals with the development and investment side of Goodsir Graham.

In his spare time which is nearly zero, he enjoys spending time with his young family and watching / playing nearly all sports!

Robert Graham

Robert began his career in 1990 with West End practice Anthony Green & Spencer. In 1992 he joined the family textile business, Paul Graham Designs, where he was assisting in setting up a new design, showroom and production facility in Leicester.

In 1998 Robert decided to leave Paul Graham Designs and start again in property, working for Leicester Estate Agents, Taylors as a sales negotiator. A year later he was offered a sales negotiator position with West London commercial practice, Boston Gilmore. In 2003 Robert met up with Paul Goodsir and both realized that London continues to be a magnet for enterprise, attracting people from all over the UK and The World. Goodsir Graham was going to be an agency that is open and driven to deliver what the client expects, by instilling in the firm a culture of flexibility and openness.

Robert’s main role in the practice is overseeing the occupational agency side, where he takes a hands-on approach dealing from day to day enquiries, negotiating deals, pitching for new instruction and the running of the agency department ensuring that the machine is well oiled and performing on all pistons. With Paul, Robert also has a strategic role in taking the business forward and establishing it into one of London’s leading niche multi-disciplined property practice.

Away from business Robert flies light aircraft and is working (very slowly when time permits!) on his instrument rating. Robert also enjoys long walks in the country and spending time with his family.
